Refund and Cancellation policy

1. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their service request up to 4 hours before the scheduled service for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 4 hours of the service appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of  50%.

If the service has already commenced, cancellations will not be accepted, and no refunds will be provided.

2. Refund Policy

Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made within the allowed timeframe.

If a customer is unsatisfied with the service, they must submit a refund request within 2 days, detailing the reason for dissatisfaction.

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after approval and will be credited to the original payment method.

Refunds may be denied if the service was fully delivered as promised, except in cases of verifiable service deficiencies.

3. No-Show Policy

If a customer fails to attend a scheduled service appointment without prior cancellation, no refunds will be provided.

Rescheduling may be available at the company’s discretion, subject to availability.

4. Service Modifications

Customers may request modifications to their service booking up to 4 hours before the scheduled time.

Changes requested within 4 hours of the service may incur additional fees or may not be accommodated.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of unforeseen circumstances (such as emergencies, natural disasters, or technical failures), customers may be eligible for a refund or rescheduling without penalties.

Requests for exceptional refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
